The house is a very good base for exploring the region by car or bus and visiting the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. The professional golf course of Zugspitze-Tirol Golf Club Lermoos is less than 15 km away and the beautiful Heiterwang Lake - just 10 km.

All apartments are decorated in a traditional Tyrolean countryside style with wall panels of natural wood and comfortable wooden furnishings to create a warm and cozy atmosphere. Each of them has a private balcony with enchanting panoramic mountain views, en-suite bathroom with WC, well equipped kitchenette in the living room, seating and dining areas, airy and welcoming bedroom with a double bed. The apartment for up to 3 guests has an additional single bed in the living room. There is an apartment accommodating up to 4 guests too. It has a double bedroom plus a single and a sofa bed in the living room. All accommodations come equipped with sat TV, heating, free Wi-Fi Internet, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, tea and coffee making facilities.

Guests can buy ski passes in the house and use the on site ski storage room. A bike rental shop can be found just steps from the property.
